Our company operates in the field of "Design and Production of Bathroom and Kitchen Furniture and Accessories." We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all physical and electronic information assets.

Information and information security requirements will be aligned with our corporate objectives. Our management is committed to embracing change, employing well-trained and competent personnel, ensuring financial resources to remain competitive within the industry, and maintaining adequate equipment and infrastructure. These resources and the necessary funding will be provided to support our information security efforts.

Business continuity and emergency plans, data backup procedures, protection against viruses and hackers, access control systems, and information security incident reporting will constitute the cornerstone of our core operations. Through risk assessments, identified vulnerabilities and threats will be mitigated to ensure secure access to information for both our customers and employees.

Based on the results of risk assessments, we will define our objectives and ensure the provision of necessary resources and conditions to achieve these objectives.

To implement this policy, we expect our employees to incorporate the requirements of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) into their working practices. All employees and relevant third parties will receive appropriate training regarding the ISMS.

All applicable requirements related to information security—as well as the opportunities and obligations they present—will be fulfilled and continuously improved. Our company will ensure the full adaptation of this system by our employees and all relevant stakeholders.

Our Information Security Policy is reviewed annually—or upon significant organizational changes—with the participation of management and department heads to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness. Necessary updates are made to maintain its currency and alignment with our operations.
